E2E founder Shalini Khemka appointed to London Mayor’s Business Advisory Board

We are delighted and proud to announce that Shalini Khemka, Founder, CEO and Board Director of E2E has been appointed by the Mayor of London to his new business advisory group tasked with boosting economic growth in the capital.

Shalini is one of 16 leading entrepreneurs and business figures in London who will form Mayor Sadiq Khan’s new Business Advisory Board, the first of its kind to be chaired by the Mayor.

She is also among 10 female appointments to the board, announced on Monday 28th November, whose role will be to advise the Mayor on key issues and decisions affecting London’s economic future, including Brexit. Shalini will help advise the Mayor on policies aimed at delivering positive outcomes for London’s businesses, growth and job creation, while offering insight and creative ideas to increase the capital’s competitiveness and prosperity. With a wealth of entrepreneurial as well banking and investment experience, Shalini founded The E2E Group in 2011 as a catalyst for entrepreneurial growth, helping to build and foster connectivity for a 12,000-strong entrepreneurial business community. She is also a Director of the Centre for Entrepreneurs (CFE) and a judge for the Great British Entrepreneur Awards.

On her latest appointment, Shalini says, “I’m delighted and feel honoured to have been given this great opportunity to help shape London’s economic future.
