Net Element Announces Strategic Partnership with E2Exchange; CEO Joins E2E Advisory Board

Partnership geared to strengthen E2E member offerings and give access to global payment services for fast growing companies

MIAMI - December ___, 2016 - Net Element, Inc. (NASDAQ: NETE) (“Net Element” or the “Company”), a provider of global mobile payment technology solutions and value-added transactional services, today announces its strategic partnership with E2Exchange Ltd (“E2Exchange” or “E2E”), a scale-up-focused organization supporting entrepreneurs and facilitating entrepreneur-to-entrepreneur information exchange, equity-funding transactions and recruitment.

As part of this strategic partnership, members of E2Exchange will benefit from access to Net Element’s global multi-channel payment services offering. In addition, Net Element will contribute content and participate in events relevant to E2Exchange members. Oleg Firer, Net Element’s Chief Executive Officer joined E2E’s advisory board.
