On June 19, we will be hosting an evening in one of London’s exclusive venues, listening to the innovative story of Martin Leuw, Founder of Growth4Good, who built IRIS into UK’s largest private software house, exiting for £500m, now focused on investing in tech businesses which are for profit and a force for good.
Martin leads the Growth4Good investment strategy and is a serial entrepreneur specialising in digital media with a 25 year track record of driving growth.
From 2001-2011, as the CEO and significant management investor, he grew IRIS Software from small beginnings to become the UK’s largest private software house, successfully exiting business twice to PE, ultimately with a $1bn MBO, having grown the EBITDA from £2m pa to £50m pa.
Martin is currently Chairman/NED and investor in a range of businesses both in technology and talent management.
His charitable interests are focused on youth employment and self-employment specifically as an Enterprise Fellow of the Princes Trust and Trustee of Work Avenue as well as a mentor to Charity CEOs.
