E2E are returning to Birmingham due to popular demand for another #ScaleUp2Success event on 27 March and we would be delighted if you would like to join us.
We have teamed up with IWG (Regus and Spaces), the UK’s largest serviced office provider with a network of 360 locations in every major town and city in the UK, to create the UK’s largest ecosystem of SME business leaders and entrepreneurs. Aaron Chatterley – Co-founder, Feelunique.com
Aaron Chatterley Founded Europe’s largest online beauty retailer feelunique in 2005. The business now turns over more than £100m p.a. selling more than 500 top beauty brands to over 100 countries. Having recently led a partial sale of the business to Private Equity and stepped aside as CEO he now remains a shareholder and member of the board and an active investor in Tech and Disruptive businesses.
Aaron was among some of the first to become involved at the outset of the internet boom, in 1996 he set up award winning web development company SP New Media, before selling it in June 2000 to an LSE listed software business. He then went on to become a SKY TV Commentator & Expert for Internet and Ecommerce, appearing on a popular technology panel show as well as several other SKY one-off technology specials before flaunching feelunique.
He was voted one of the 50 most powerful people in Online Retail for 2014 by Retail Week, IoD Director of the Year for a Large Organisation 2013 and finalist in the UK Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2012.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The format of the breakfast will be networking and refreshments, followed by a formal welcome and introduction by Lord Bilimoria CBE DL FCA. Keely Deininger – Founder, Angel’s Face
Keely Deininger has worked as a designer for suppliers of top brands such as H&M and Topshop and was design director at the main fashion supplier for Marks and Spencer. Despite her success, Deininger’s lifelong dream was to start her own business.
Fast forward and after 20 years of working for global fashion brands, in 2007 the mother of three launched Angel’s Face, a London label for girls specialising in tutu petti skirts delivered in an iconic vintage inspired hat box. 12 years on, it’s safe to say Keely is fulfilling her ambition, with Angel’s Face now offering a full blown girl’s fashion collection.
Her unwavering commitment to quality of material and her drive to create a product that girls worldwide simply loved wearing meant that she soon outstripped the competition in this market. To date over 400,000 tutus have been sold and the brand has expanded well beyond its initial product to include tops, tees, leggings, dresses, hair accessories, shoes, knitwear, swimwear, denim and most recently coats and Angel’s Face can be found in over 400 boutiques across 40 countries.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
Frank Eribo, Co-founder – Butterfly Twists
Frank designs new innovative products from concept to prototype, and scale them up for the production stage. Acquiring vast experience within the fashion industry in design, brand building, marketing, and strategy, Frank has also built a strong distribution network across the globe.
Butterfly Twists is Currently selling in 63 countries through partners and 23 Mono brand stores around the world. Their footwear allows consumers to think on their feet, fitting in with their busy and unpredictable life styles.

Jess Jeetly MBE, Founder & CEO – Jeetly
Jess Jeetly is the Founder and CEO of petite fashion brand Jeetly, winner of TechCity’s Best Fash-tech Startup, also shortlisted for ‘Best Retail Innovation’ by PayPal, Drapers and Retailweek Awards.
A consultant optometrist by training and trade, Jess is driven by creating solutions to problems, so Jeetly is her third business. In 2007, she founded pitchINDIA, an online ‘dragon’s den’ platform connecting entrepreneurs in India to angel investors and VCs worldwide. It was the first online angel network in India which sparked the launch of Mumbai Angels and several other PE firms. In 2009 Jess co-founded LocumLog, a mobile app connecting employers to locum medical professionals looking for work. The business was acquired by a German pharmaceutical company in 2012.
Jess has been Committee Chair at the International Women In Business Organisation for 4 years. She is a speaker at retail and startup events, and speaks for schools, promoting entrepreneurship and girls’ participation in STEM subjects.
Jess has been a mentor for PitchAtPalace, a judge at the UK Digital Entrepreneur Awards and the Silicon Canal awards-promoting Birmingham’s tech ecosystem, and serves as Ambassador for the AI Congress. She was awarded an MBE for Services to Entrepreneurship in 2016.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
Bilal Mahmood, Head of External Relations, MartketInvoice
Bilal is head of external relations at MarketInvoice, a fintech business that has helped thousands of UK businesses take charge of their cashflow. Since 2011, they have provided over funding £2.1 billion against outstanding invoices to companies across the UK.
Bilal has over 15 years public relations and government lobbying experience having worked for global consultancies Weber Shandwick and latterly Ogilvy. He has represented small and large clients across the world including HSBC, JP Morgan, Fidelity to the Isle of Man and Bahrain Economic Development Board and lots in between.
Bilal read Economics at Queen Mary College, University of London. He stood in the 2006 local elections as a councillor in the London Borough of Waltham Forest[/vc_column_text][kleo_gap size=”25px”][vc_column_text]
Richard Morris, CEO of IWG UK
Richard is the CEO of IWG UK. He joined in 2014 following his role as CEO of G4S’s UK & Ireland Division. IWG UK is the world’s largest provider of flexible workspace solutions offering a fast growing global network of 3,000 locations in 120 countries. Shalini Khemka – Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Board Director, E2E
Shalini founded E2E in 2011. She is a Member of the Mayor of London’s Business Advisory Board and is a fellow of Burton & South Derbyshire College. Shalini is also a judge for the Great British Entrepreneurs Awards and The National Business Awards. Shalini is a Champion for Tech London Advocates, a Member of the Advisory Committee of the Commonwealth Entrepreneurs and an Ambassador for Recordsure.
