Description
We’re teaming up with IWG (Regus and Spaces), the UK’s largest serviced office provider with a network of 360 locations in every major town and city in the UK, to create the UK’s largest ecosystem of SME business leaders and entrepreneurs. We are hosting joint events with Spaces which are designed to inspire, teach and collaborate in city centres all across the UK.

Our #SCALEUP2SUCCESS events are a mixture of networking where you get the opportunity to meet like-minded entrepreneurs, followed by short syndicate sessions designed to give you some pointers on a number of different help topics including Digital Marketing and HR, and a panel of the UK’s leading scale up entrepreneurs and motivational speakers to inspire you!

What’s happening on the night?
Here’s what’s in store on the evening…
6pm – Arrival, networking with drinks and canapes.
6.30pm – Syndicate sessions begin on Digital Marketing and HR, Health & Safety (see below for further details)
7pm – Main speaker session on the main stage, chaired by David Walsh, Business Editor of The Star, Sheffield.

Simon will be providing entrepreneurs with practical advice and taking any questions on Employment Law, HR and Health & Safety.‘Top 10 steps to get your digital marketing streamlined’ with Aji Issac Mathew, TechShu. Aji has helped over 500 small and large enterprises to leverage the power of digital and will be sharing his invaluable tips.

MARTIN PERRY – Future GB Paralympian and Motivational Speaker
Martin Perry, 24 years old, was born with one limb. No hands, and almost half of his left leg were missing at birth. His attitude and passion for life and challenging the uphill struggles he faced from birth is nothing short of inspiring. Martin is now living and training in Sheffield and is on track to represent Paralympics GB at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games. He is an accomplished speaker and an inspirational coach, speaking alongside the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and working with the likes of ‘Initiatives’ NYC and the Scottish Business Network.[/vc_column_text][kleo_gap size=”25px”][vc_column_text]
Aji Issac Mathew, Co-founder & CEO of INT TechShu
Aji Issac Mathew is Co-founder & CEO of Indus Net TechShu, a 750+ digital team. It is one of the largest teams in digital marketing space and a Google Premier Partner. Indus Net TechShu have clientele from small to large scale industries including HP, Uber, Tesco, Unilever, Ageas and 100s of SMEs.
With 15 years’ experience of high end digital success, Aji’s also a senior member of WebMasterWorld.com, Moz, and an author at Entrepreneur.com. Aji is also a visiting faculty to top Indian and International business schools including XLRI, IIFT, UPD.edu. He started his first venture when he was in college. Aji worked in the product and service industry before starting his own digital agency TechShu, where Shu means reciprocity, “creating Tech as you would have done for yourself”[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
Councillor Mazher Iqbal – Sheffield Cabinet Member for Business and Investment
Mazher has been a Sheffield City Councillor for the Darnall Ward, for over 12 years, which is also where he lives. He is currently Cabinet Member for Business and Investment.
Previously, Cllr Iqbal has held Council positions as Cabinet Member for Public Health and Equality and, most recently, as Cabinet Member for Infrastructure and Transport.
His current portfolio covers, Strategic Economic Policy, Economic Regeneration, Sheffield Retail Quarter, Major Events and International Economic Strategy/Exports.[/vc_column_text][kleo_gap size=”25px”][vc_column_text]
Richard Morris, CEO of IWG UK
Richard is the CEO of IWG UK. He joined in 2014 following his role as CEO of G4S’s UK & Ireland Division. IWG UK is the world’s largest provider of flexible workspace solutions offering a fast growing global network of 3,000 locations in 120 countries. Since joining, Richard has consistently delivered year on year growth for Regus’ UK division.[/vc_column_text][kleo_gap size=”25px”][vc_column_text]
Shalini Khemka – Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Board Director, E2E
Shalini founded E2E in 2011. She is a Member of the Mayor of London’s Business Advisory Board and is a fellow of Burton & South Derbyshire College. Shalini is also a judge for the Great British Entrepreneurs Awards and The National Business Awards. Shalini is a Champion for Tech London Advocates, a Member of the Advisory Committee of the Commonwealth Entrepreneurs and an Ambassador for Recordsure. She was formerly on the Advisory Board of the Centre for Entrepreneurs (CFE), The Development Board of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and was a judge for IBM Smartcamp.[/vc_column_text][kleo_gap size=”25px”][vc_column_text]
Chaired by David Walsh – Business Editor of The Star, Sheffield
David Walsh has been the business editor at The Star in Sheffield for four years. He led the paper’s successful campaign to relocate the proposed HS2 station from Meadowhall to the city centre.
