Mark Dixon, CEO & Founder – IWG

Sarah Wood OBE, Co-founder & CEO – Unruly
Sarah Wood OBE is the Co-founder & CEO of Unruly, a social advertising and marketing platform. Sarah is a member of the London Mayor’s Business & AccelerateHER Advisory Boards and is a Technology Ambassador for London.
Sarah was named one of 15 Women to Watch in Tech by Inc. and one of 10 London-Based Entrepreneurs to Watch by Forbes. In 2017, she was named one of the 500 most influential people in Britain. She also won Veuve Clicquot’s prestigious Business Woman of the Year Award, CEO of the Year at TechCrunch’s Europas awards and was given the Champion of Champions Award at the inaugural Champion of Women Awards in London, all in 2016.
Ed Bussey, Founder & CEO – Quill
Ed Bussey is Founder and CEO of Quill, the disruptive, fast-growing digital content production business. Prior to launching Quill in 2011, Ed was Chief Operating Officer at ZYB, an award-winning mobile social networking pioneer acquired by Vodafone Plc in May 2008. Ed was also part of the founding team and Global Marketing Director for online clothing retailer Figleaves.com, acquired by N Brown Plc in Oct 2010. Ed has held non-executive director, chairman and advisory positions with companies including, Mr. & Mrs. Smith Boutique Hotels, Bauer Media Group, Charles Tyrwhitt, Secretsales and Evans Cycles. Ed began his career in the Royal Navy and subsequently held various security appointments around the world with the UK diplomatic service.
Richard Morris, CEO – IWG UK
Richard is CEO of Spaces and Regus UK. He joined in 2014 following his role as CEO of G4S’s UK & Ireland Division. Regus is the world’s largest provider of flexible workspace solutions offering a fast growing global network of 3,000 locations in 120 countries.
In 2015, with Richard at the helm, Regus UK generated more than £450 million in revenue, driving profit to in excess of £84 million. Since joining, Richard has consistently delivered year on year growth for Regus’ UK division.
Shalini Khemka, Founder, CEO & Board Director – E2E
Shalini founded E2E in 2011.
She is a Member of the Mayor of London’s Business Advisory Board. She is a fellow of Burton & South Derbyshire College. She is also a judge for the Great British Entrepreneurs Awards and The National Business Awards. Shalini is a Champion for Tech London Advocates, a Member of the Advisory Committee of the Commonwealth Entrepreneurs and an Ambassador for Recordsure. She was formerly on the Advisory Board of the Centre for Entrepreneurs (CFE), The Development Board of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and was a judge for IBM Smartcamp.
