Nick Robertson OBE
Co-founder – ASOS.com
Nick Robertson is the co-founder of ASOS.com, one of the largest fashion e-commerce websites globally with over £2.5bn turnover; his story is one of huge innovation and success. Nick’s career began in 1987 at the advertising agency Young & Rubicam. In 1991, he moved to Carat, the UK’s largest media planning and buying agency. In 1995, he co-founded Entertainment Marketing Ltd, a marketing services business before founding ASOS.com in 2000. Nick served as its Chief Executive Officer until September 2015, when he became a Non-executive Director.
Nick is also Chairman of the ASOS Foundation, a registered charity funded by ASOS which works to improve the lives of young people in the UK and overseas through long-term partnerships with established local charities. Nick was awarded an OBE in 2011 for his achievements in the world of fashion retailing.

Mike Branney
Co-founder – Oh Polly, the disruptive women’s fast fashion brand with 150% YOY growth.
Oh Polly is known for its figure-hugging dresses and skimpy swimwear, which it says are designed “for girls, by girls”. The business was started in 2015 by Claire Henderson, 30, and Mike Branney, 32, who were studying engineering. Its quirkily named clothes — from a “Tie Me A River” dress to a “Just Beachy” bikini — have made it a hit in Ireland, Australia and America, helping international sales double last year. The brand has now opened an office in Los Angeles to produce curated content for its 2.8M Instagram followers.

Sally O’Rourke
Co-founder – BRAND LOVE, Non-exec Director – Ethical Fashion Group & Common Objective
As Co-founder of Brand Love, Non-Exec Director of Ethical Fashion Group and previously CEO and MD for leading brand, innovation and trend agencies Sally is an expert at creating brands that consumers love. Her style is both punchy yet empathetic and above all results driven.
Sally is a much sought-after speaker and significant figure within the Innovation, Digital and Trends space. An advocate of collaborative ideas and a believer in disruptive thinking; Sally’s specialist areas include management consultancy, digital commercial strategies, brand development, post M&A integration with PE/VC communities, business transformation and turnaround strategies.
Previous roles include CEO Bluemarlin, Managing Director of Europe for C_Space working with clients such as Coke, McDonalds and Kimberly-Clarke and as Managing Director EMEA for WGSN, the world’s largest trend agency where Sally worked with clients such as L’Oreal, Coty and Inditex.

Richard is the CEO of IWG UK. He joined in 2014 following his role as CEO of G4S’s UK & Ireland Division. IWG UK is the world’s largest provider of flexible workspace solutions offering a fast growing global network of 3,000 locations in 120 countries. Since joining, Richard has consistently delivered year on year growth for Regus’ UK division.

Russell Dalgleish is a Serial Scottish Entrepreneur and Investor, Strategist, Innovator, and Business Coach. He has focused his energies on driving international growth for business in the SME sector. Since 1999, Russell has run successful companies in the technology, engineering, energy, electronics, entertainment, and professional services sectors. He has experience starting, building, growing and exiting businesses in the UK and US.
His core areas of focus are: leadership, value creation, and strategic thinking. Russell is a regular speaker at events on leadership in business and has spoken at conferences from Los Angeles to Abu Dhabi. Currently, he is the Founder & Managing Partner of the consultancy Exolta Capital Partners.
