Sarah Wood OBE, Co-founder & CEO - Unruly Sarah Wood OBE is the Co-founder & CEO of Unruly, a social advertising and marketing platform. Ed Bussey, Founder & CEO - Quill Ed Bussey is Founder and CEO of Quill, the disruptive, fast-growing digital content production business. Prior to launching Quill in 2011, Ed was Chief Operating Officer at ZYB, an award-winning mobile social networking pioneer acquired by Vodafone Plc in May 2008.
